She notices that I didn't have a maintenance planned for my vehicle, and broke down the grand totally of a maintenance service light on the dash for "A1367" was consist of, and I asked her how do a I get a maintenance planned, she lead me to the finance department and they were very helpful...thank you Mr. Adham! So, once I got the maintenance planned, and went back to Jennifer while the vehicle was still getting services. I came out owning anything. I would advice anyone who could afford to get a 50,000 miles/or five years maintenance plans on top of the miles I have already accumulated, do so, it will pay off in the long run. “ I went in to get my car serviced (oil change, etc) early on 2/18/2026 and I have to say that Delonta, who was my point of contact there, was wonderful. Actually, as I pulled up to the service area, I was greeted by another kind gentleman (he had long locs) and when I told him what I was there for he went and got Delonta. I always go to this location to get my car serviced and have always had a great experience, even on their busy mornings. This particular experience was the same. I see that they added comfy massage chairs to their customer waiting area, snacks and beverages. I also like the car update that was sent to me as I waited. It was a video from the car mechanic letting me know that they were working on my car and what other services they recommended for future visits. I also liked that I could communicate with Delonta via the number that they send so I can know what’s going on. This day the service was pretty fast. I was fully prepared to be there all morning but I was just there about an hour and a half. Please keep up the wonderful work. ”
