He went above and beyond by answering every question and giving me every detail I needed to know about the vehicle before coming in the next day to purchase it, including sending me a walk around video of the vehicle. This was my first time at Pohanka Honda and he walked me through the process of having my car inspected and was able to confirm that my service was indeed covered as a first time Honda owner. The wait time was reasonable and I was excited to receive a video of the âunder hood inspectionâ that Ryan performed.
